Panasonic's revolutionary new G1 combines the image quality and performance of a Four Thirds format DSLR with the convenience and portability of a super-zoom bridge camera. It has interchangeable lenses, but does away with the reflex mirror and pentaprism in favour of an incredibly sharp electronic viewfinder and an articulated monitor.
